The datasets used to construct these networks are all assayed in the same set of people, who are members of the Religious Orders Study (ROS) and Memory and Aging Project (MAP) whose data is gathered by the Rush Alzheimer’s Disease Center at Rush University, in Chicago. All data is publically accessible – please visit the RADC Research Resource Sharing Hub for clinical and demographic info and to request omics data.
